Resin letters fill a metal shell with clear or translucent resin, so face, edges and returns read as one continuous illuminated form. The cast layer diffuses the LEDs evenly, which suits fine strokes and small letter sizes where an acrylic return would show.

Material: Stainless steel, galvanised steel or aluminium shell with a laser-cut backplate and formed returns, filled with epoxy resin for indoor work or PU resin for outdoor exposure; brushed, mirror, plated or painted finishes.

Lighting: SMD or COB modules at 12 V / 24 V behind the cast layer, 2700 K–6500 K. The resin carries the light across the whole face, so brightness is set by depth and module spacing rather than a diffuser panel; protection details are confirmed per project.

Electrical ratings, weather protection, mounting, packaging, compliance and installation details are confirmed in a project proposal, not assumed from an example image.

Can PEXEO build letters from our own artwork or logo?

Yes. Send the artwork in any format you have; if you only have an initial idea, the factory can develop the design with you. The final construction is confirmed in a production drawing before fabrication.

What letter sizes can you produce?

PEXEO customises letter heights from 1 cm to 300 cm. The practical size depends on the artwork, viewing distance and installation surface, so the finished dimensions are confirmed per project.

Is this suitable for outdoor installation?

Both indoor and outdoor versions can be discussed. The required weather and ingress protection differs between them, so the installation environment must be confirmed before production rather than assumed from an example image.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is one piece. PEXEO accepts single custom pieces as well as wholesale quantities and multi-site rollout programmes.

How long does production take?

Standard production is about 10 to 12 days. Final timing depends on quantity, finishes and the approved drawing, and is confirmed in the project proposal.

What information do you need to prepare a quote?

Artwork, approximate dimensions, destination, quantity, viewing distance, lighting intention and installation constraints. Sharing these first lets the factory separate design assumptions from details that must be confirmed in a drawing.
