SMD 2835/5050 LED strips or modules at 12 V / 24 V, 3000 K / 4000 K / 6000 K, laid out at 80–150 mm spacing against the housing depth; a diffuser panel and reflective backing can be added for uniformity. Indoor builds are typically IP20 and outdoor builds are sealed to IP54–IP65; the rating is confirmed with the installation context.

Construction

Galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium or cold-rolled steel housing, 1.0–2.0 mm, CNC-bent and welded with powder-coated, painted or brushed finishes; acrylic face panel 2–5 mm in clear, opal, frosted or coloured grades, with UV printing, silk-screen, back-spray or an inserted backlit film.

Stainless steel (201/304/316L) or 6061-T6 aluminium trim and returns with brushed, mirror or painted finishes; laser-cut face in UV-resistant acrylic or PC diffuser. Casing depth 3–8 cm as standard, with deeper builds reviewed per project.

Stainless steel, galvanised steel or aluminium shell with a laser-cut backplate and formed returns, filled with epoxy resin for indoor work or PU resin for outdoor exposure; brushed, mirror, plated or painted finishes.
